Creating a Booking System which people will love requires you to understand their needs. How does a barber appointment differ from that of a photographer? While creating this brand new SaaS product, we had many excellent conversations with incredible people. The result: Creating a truly unique booking system that meets the needs of its customers.
The Challenge
To accelerate digital transformations of the service providers across the MENA region
You might know the saying "one size fits none". When designing a digital product that needs to help all sorts of service providers, you will run into plenty of challenges. To define the needs of our users, we started an extensive qualitative research period. Talking to all sorts of service providers in the MENA region. After discovering the differences (and overlap) in need, we created an incredible user-friendly booking system. Say hello to Peep!

Staff working hours overview: Each staff member has their own color assigned to visually distinguish each staff member. You get a quick and easy overview of how many hours and when a staff member is working in the selected week. You can filter on specific locations of your branches, and see an overview of the closed dates and the current staff members.

Impact
Going from "Starting from scratch" to launching the MVP
Our remote collaboration (from the Netherlands to Kuwait) beard fruits in only a few months time. BTNG.studio assisted peep with figuring out business cases, running workshops, designing wireframes and creating & validating prototypes. Working together with the fantastic team of bookpeep.com was an absolute pleasure!
